At Nordisk Outdoor, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Gear
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
